Routine maintenance is the key to keeping your Acura running at peak performance. Acura Care® Maintenance™ makes it easier for you to keep up with your vehicle's service routine. Purchase Acura Care Maintenance and when the Maintenance Minder™ Indicator lights up, the required services listed in the owner's manual will be covered.

And since coverage is prepaid, you never need to worry about paying more if labor or parts costs go up. Offering benefits like oil changes, tire rotation, filter and fluid replacements, as well as a multi-point inspection, Acura Care Maintenance is the convenient way to keep your Acura running at its best.

Acura Care Maintenance includes:

  • OIL AND OIL FILTER CHANGES

    Provides coverage for oil and oil filter changes and multi-point inspections for the term of this CONTRACT, at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. Oil and oil filter changes will be performed using the recommended weight oil for YOUR VEHICLE. This service is limited to oil and oil filter changes performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • AIR INTAKE FILTER SERVICING

    Provides coverage for the inspection and servicing of air intake filters at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to air intake filter inspection and servicing performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • CABIN AIR FILTER SERVICING

    Provides coverage for the inspection and servicing of cabin pollen filters at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to cabin pollen filter inspection and servicing performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • TIRE ROTATION

    Provides coverage for tire rotations at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to tire rotation performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGES

    Provides coverage for automatic transmission fluid changes at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to automatic transmission fluid changes performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • TRANSFER CASE FLUID CHANGES

    Provides coverage for transfer case fluid changes, where applicable, at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to transfer case fluid changes performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • BRAKE FLUID CHANGES

    Provides coverage for brake fluid changes at the interval as described in the Acura Owner's Manual, limited to one brake fluid change throughout the life of the CONTRACT. This service is limited to brake fluid changes performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • DIFFERENTIAL FLUID CHANGES

    Provides coverage for differential fluid changes at the intervals indicated by your Maintenance Minder system, and as described in the Acura Owner's Manual. This service is limited to differential fluid changes performed at PARTICIPATING DEALERS.

  • MULTI-POINT INSPECTION

    • Front and rear brakes
    • Parking brake adjustment
    • Tie rod ends
    • Steering gear box and boots
    • Suspension components
    • Drive shaft boots
    • Brake hoses and lines (including ABSNS)
    • All fluid levels and condition of fluids
    • Exhaust system
    • Fuel lines and connections
    • Drive belts

  • What is Acura Care Maintenance?

    Acura Care Maintenance enables you to prepay for factory-recommended services. Offered exclusively to Acura customers, this plan is designed to help you keep your vehicle in top condition while protecting you from inflation should labor and parts costs rise. Acura Care Maintenance comes in a variety of terms so you can pick the coverage that’s right for you.

  • How does the plan work?

    Acura Care Maintenance coverage correlates to your vehicle's Maintenance Minder™ Indicator. When the indicator comes on, the recommended services are covered, regardless of whether you drive 6,000 or 60,000 miles a year.

  • I'm leasing. Can I still purchase Acura Care Maintenance?

    Yes. You can add Acura Care Maintenance to any new vehicle that has less than 12 months/12,000 miles, whether you lease, finance or pay cash.

  • Do I have to go to my original dealer for service?

    No, any participating Acura dealer can perform the recommended services on your vehicle. This helps to ensure your vehicle will be serviced by factory-trained technicians who know your vehicle’s technology.

  • Is this different from the warranty that comes with my vehicle?

    Yes. Acura Care Maintenance provides completely different coverage; maintenance items are not covered under your manufacturer's warranty.

  • Can I buy a Maintenance plan with a Acura Care (VSC)?

    Yes. In fact, when you combine Acura Care Maintenance with a VSC,* you can have peace of mind knowing you are covered for both recommended services** and unexpected and costly repair bills.

  • Are repairs not indicated by the Maintenance Minder Indicator covered?

    Acura Care Maintenance only covers the factory recommended services** specified by your owner's manual when the Maintenance Minder Indicator comes on.

  • What happens when I sell my car?

    Acura Care coverage is transferable, which can add to the resale value of your car if you decide to sell it.
  • Only offered at participating dealerships. Additional services may be recommended by your dealer; these services may not be covered.
  • Coverage for a Maintenance plan begins on the purchase date and at the mileage on the odometer on that date. The coverage term is calculated from the in-service date and at zero (0) miles and expires when the terms of your contract are reached.
  • Excludes replacement of spark plugs, timing belt and engine coolant, and water pump inspection.
  • Excludes electric vehicles.
